KANTINA: In a word, the journey begins!

Kantina is the first time that a street food truck bears this emblematic name of Greece, here in Strasbourg. A nod to the Mediterranean, its flavors and its values, where sharing and conviviality are savored in every bite.

The adventure begins in 2021, led by Hakim, a street food and authentic culinary experiences enthusiast. With a thirst for meaningful adventures, Hakim decides to create a concept that takes the taste buds on a journey.

From the beginning, Kantina has found its essence in a warm cuisine, where aromatic herbs, fresh and quality products, and Mediterranean inspirations come together to reinvent street food. The truck hits the road in 2023, with stops in Strasbourg, the Eurometropolis, festivals and private events, to share this passion with as many gourmets as possible.

In its suitcases: creative and accessible recipes, revisited classics, vegetarian/vegan options and a constant attention to authenticity. Kantina collaborates with local producers and Greek partners to guarantee dishes faithful to their inspiration.

With a unique concept of Mediterranean fusion and international street food, Kantina invites you on a gourmet and generous journey. Here, each dish is served with a smile and passion, for memories as rich as the flavors they awaken.
