If we can read ''KANTINA'' on all the street-food trucks in Greece, this is a first in Strasbourg! An undisguised tribute to the region of origin of a chef from Thessaloniki: Savvas. On notes of olive oil, oregano and feta which he has enjoyed since childhood, he brings us back from his country his flavors, his smile and his values: his warm and gourmet cuisine takes us all around the Mediterranean !
